Cancellation/Withdrawal of your Submission
Authors may withdraw their submission anytime, but refund amount depends on when you cancel.
How to Request a Cancellation/Withdrawal
You can request for a cancellation/withdrawal by ...
- ... sending an email to us on editor@ajamri.com.
- ... sending an SMS or WhatsApp message to us on +1-872-302-3851.
Request of cancellation/withdrawal may not be fulfilled by calling us.
The sender's email address or phone number must match with one of the authors of the corresponding research paper.
What happens when you cancel/withdraw your submission?
- If your research paper is not reviewed then you can send a cancellation/withdrawal request. No processing will be done on your research paper thereafter and we won't send any email to you regarding the withdrawn research paper.
- If your research paper is reviewed and accepted for publication then you can simply ignore the email of review result which asks for fee payment. You won't be contacted thereafter.
- If a research paper has already been published, we will unpublish your research paper on receiving cancellation requests. If your research paper is indexed by Google then we will submit a request to Google to remove your research paper from their index; it may take 5 days to process the removal request. We may not be able to withdraw your paper indexed by other sources. Authors will need to send request to the other sources for removal of their research paper.
Other services which can be cancelled
- You can cancel DOI allocation for your paper before it has been sent to Crossref for activation. Once a DOI is allocated, your paper can not be removed from Crossref DOI database.
- You can cancel order of receiving printed certificate(s) of publication or hard copy of the journal before they are sent for printing.
- You can cancel the order of receiving soft copy of the journal before it is sent to you.
Editorial Rights
The journal reserves the right to cancel publication of any paper if ethical violations are detected (plagiarism, data fabrication, copyright infringement).
