| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a transformative force in Human Resource Management (HRM), fundamentally changing how organizations attract, recruit, develop, engage, evaluate, and retain employees. By integrating AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent chatbots, and generative AI into HR processes, organizations can improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational performance. AI-powered recruitment systems accelerate candidate screening, predictive analytics enhance talent management, intelligent learning platforms personalize employee development, and AI-driven performance management supports continuous feedback and workforce optimization. These technological advancements contribute to increased productivity, innovation, employee satisfaction, and organizational competitiveness in an increasingly digital business environment. This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource Management and organizational performance through a multidisciplinary perspective. Using a qualitative and analytical research methodology based on secondary data from human resource management, organizational behavior, information systems, business management, artificial intelligence, and organizational psychology literature, the study examines AI applications in HR functions, implementation frameworks, organizational benefits, ethical considerations, implementation challenges, governance mechanisms, and future research directions. Particular emphasis is placed on AI-enabled recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, workforce analytics, learning and development, talent retention, diversity management, and strategic HR decision-making. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances HR efficiency, recruitment quality, employee productivity, decision accuracy, workforce planning, and organizational performance while reducing administrative workloads and operational costs. However, challenges including algorithmic bias, employee privacy, ethical governance, cybersecurity, transparency, workforce resistance, and digital skills gaps remain major concerns. The study concludes that successful AI adoption in HRM requires balancing technological innovation with human judgment, ethical governance, organizational culture, and employee-centered management practices. |
