Abstract Innovation has become a critical determinant of organisational competitiveness and long-term growth in technology-driven business environments. Rapid technological development, changing customer expectations, global competition, and shortened product life cycles have increased the need for organisations to develop systematic approaches to innovation management. This study examines innovation management in technology-driven organisations and identifies strategies that can support sustainable long-term growth. Particular attention is given to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, research and development, open innovation, organisational agility, innovation culture, strategic partnerships, customer-centred innovation, and continuous learning. A qualitative and analytical methodology based on secondary research is adopted to examine the relationship between innovation capabilities and organisational performance. The study proposes an integrated innovation management framework consisting of strategic orientation, opportunity identification, innovation development, experimentation, commercialisation, and continuous evaluation. The analysis suggests that technological investment alone does not guarantee successful innovation. Organisations require appropriate leadership, organisational structures, employee capabilities, resources, risk-management mechanisms, and cultures that encourage experimentation. The study further highlights the importance of balancing incremental and radical innovation to maintain current competitiveness while preparing for future market disruption. The paper concludes that technology-driven organisations can achieve long-term growth when innovation is treated as a continuous organisational capability rather than as a series of isolated projects.
